Your TC Questions, Answered.
Everything Charlotte real estate agents want to know about working with NexLev Transactions — before they ever pick up the phone.
A transaction coordinator handles everything that happens after a contract is signed — so you don't have to. At NexLev Transactions, that means tracking all your NC-specific deadlines (Due Diligence periods, Earnest Money cutoffs, repair request windows), managing documents and signatures, coordinating with closing attorneys, scheduling inspections, and keeping every party in the loop from contract to close. You stay focused on your clients and your next deal. We make sure your current one closes clean.
Contract-to-Close (CTC) covers everything from the moment a property goes under contract through the closing table — deadline tracking, attorney coordination, inspection scheduling, and communication management. It's ideal for agents who handle their own pre-listing or pre-offer prep and just need a specialist for the contract phase.Full Transaction Coordination takes it further. We step in before a listing hits the market or before a buyer makes an offer — handling pre-listing setup, pre-buying intake, every document, every signature, and every deadline from start to finish. Full TC also includes extended availability: support until 8 PM on weekdays and throughout the weekend. If you want a true hands-off experience from day one, Full TC is the right fit.
You pay $325 per file for Contract-to-Close and $450 per file for Full Transaction Coordination. The rate stays the same for buyer-side and listing-side files.
NexLev Transactions currently serves agents and brokers across the Charlotte metro area, including:Charlotte, Huntersville, Concord, Mooresville, Gastonia, Belmont, and surrounding communitiesMecklenburg County and Gaston CountyWe're available to agents working throughout this region. If you're outside these areas and aren't sure whether we can help, reach out — we're happy to talk through your situation.
No. Many agents start working with a TC when they have just 2 or 3 active files at once and realize the paperwork is pulling them away from prospecting, showing homes, or simply being present with their clients. If a single transaction is taking you 15 to 20 hours of administrative time, that's time you're not spending on what actually grows your business. You don't need to be closing 50 homes a year to benefit from professional transaction coordination. You just need to decide that your time is worth protecting.
Yes — NexLev Transactions was built specifically around North Carolina real estate. Anthony Papuga, the founder, is an active NC REALTOR® licensed under the NC Real Estate Commission and has worked directly in the NC market since 2023. Every file is handled with full awareness of NCREC compliance requirements, NC Association of Realtors forms, Due Diligence period rules, and the state's closing attorney model. We don't take a generic approach to transaction coordination. We know how NC contracts work and we manage your files accordingly.
That's your call. Some agents prefer to keep NexLev behind the scenes, with all communication flowing through them. Others prefer that we communicate directly with buyers, sellers, and other parties — keeping the agent CC'd on everything — so deals move faster without bottlenecks. We adapt to your workflow. Whatever keeps your clients happy and your deals on track is what we'll do.
In most cases, we can be ready to work a new file within the same day, and up to 24 hours of your inquiry. The onboarding process is straightforward: complete the appropriate intake form (listing-side or buyer-side), and we take it from there. There's no long setup process and no training required on your end.
Yes. NexLev Transactions handles both buyer-side and listing-side files, and our pricing is the same regardless of which side of the transaction you're on. Whether you're representing the buyer through inspections and financing contingencies or managing a listing from pre-market prep through the closing table, we handle the coordination.
Start on the Get Started page and send your file details. We will confirm the next steps and begin coordination from there.
The information we need depends on the level of service you select.
For Contract-to-Close Coordination, please provide all documents completed before we are brought into the transaction, including the fully executed agreement, all addenda, agency agreements, disclosures, amendments, receipts, and any other paperwork related to the file. We will also need the property address, all important contract deadlines, and contact information—name, phone number, and email—for all parties involved, including clients, cooperating agents, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other vendors.
For Full Transaction Coordination, please have your buyer or seller complete the appropriate intake form on our Get Started page. Once the form is submitted, we can prepare the buyer or seller agency agreement and begin organizing the transaction from the start.
For both services, we will need the agent’s name, phone number, email address, brokerage name, and Broker-in-Charge name. Please also share the attorney or closing firm, lender information if applicable, and any special circumstances or deadlines we should be aware of.
If a deal falls apart within 24 hours of contracting, you owe no fee. If work has started and the transaction cancels after that window, a cancellation fee applies and is due within 24 hours of cancellation: $50 for Contract-to-Close and $100 for Full Transaction Coordination.
We update the file, adjust key dates, and make sure the new documents are sent to the right parties. We keep the timeline current so nothing slips through the cracks.
You get clear, steady communication throughout the file. We keep you updated on deadlines, missing documents, and next steps so you always know what is happening and what you need to do next.
Yes. We can coordinate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in the transaction. We keep you informed and keep the file moving without adding extra admin work to your day.
We track deadlines, organize paperwork, coordinate with the attorney and other parties, schedule inspections when needed, and keep communication moving. We manage the details so your file stays on track from contract to closing.
